How long does setup take?

If you are happy with the current look and feel of your website, then setup will go very quickly. We can have your e-Sweet setup completed in between 5 and 10 days from the date you authorize us to get started.

When does the monthly subscription fee begin?
A.
We make sure you or someone at your company has been trained on how to use the various features available to you via the e-Sweet administration area. Once training has been provided, we begin the monthly billing process.

When is the setup fee due?

At the beginning of the project.
Q.
How often is e-Sweet upgraded?
A.
Very often. Minor upgrades are issued almost weekly, while major version upgrades happen every 6 to 8 months.
Q.
What if I want some specific functionality that e-Sweet doesn't currently offer?
A.
If we feel that the functionality you want would add value to our product, we will happily include it in a future upgrade. We welcome customer suggestions for upgrade.
If however you would rather not wait for a future upgrade and want the feature(s) now, we will create them for you for a fee.
If your custom feature is something that we want to re-use in our product, we will share the cost of development with you.
